Meet Samantha Bowe

For nearly 16 years, I dedicated my life to gymnastics, competing as a Level 10 gymnast before transitioning to track and field in high school. With determination and a love for competition, I walked on to the University of New Mexico’s track and field team as a heptathlete and earned a full-ride scholarship. Despite starting the sport late, I achieved a collegiate career I am proud of — a testament to the power of persistence and adaptability.

My academic journey has been just as driven. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Sports Law and Business. Over the past eight years as a personal trainer, I have earned multiple certifications, including NASM Personal Trainer, EXOS Sports Performance, Functional Movement Screening Levels 1 and 2, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but my true passion lies in women’s health and fitness.

After stepping away from in-person training, I took on a demanding traveling tech sales job for 2.5 years. Ambition has always driven me, and while I valued my career growth, I struggled to maintain my own health during this time. Balancing travel, a high-pressure role, and my personal well-being left me physically and mentally drained. I experienced severe burnout, which led to nervous system issues, digestive problems, and terrible sleep patterns amongst other things. A period that left me feeling disconnected from myself.

I had fallen off from taking care of myself and putting myself first and it took a toll on my health, energy, and confidence.

That experience opened my eyes to a gap in the conversation around what busy women truly need to thrive, especially when traditional fitness advice feels unrealistic and unsustainable

Now, I’m on a mission to fill that gap. Through personalized coaching and resources, I help busy women break free from all-or-nothing mindsets, reclaim their strength, and build a realistic, balanced approach to fitness and nutrition. My goal is to provide the guidance and support I wish I had. Empowering you to feel strong, confident, and in control again.
